As per our store policy, customers must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
All prices for our desserts are listed in INR.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully received.
Freshness: Since our products are perishable, we recommend consuming them within the timeframe mentioned on the packaging.
Accuracy: Please ensure the delivery address and contact number (WhatsApp) are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Handover: Once the product is handed over to the customer or delivery partner, the risk of damage transfers to the recipient.
Our desserts are handcrafted. There may be slight variations in design, color, or decoration compared to the images on the website. These variations are a mark of our artisanal process.
